Method
- Mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.

- Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Chill the wrapped tortillas for at least 1 hour.
- Slice the chilled tortillas into pinwheels.
